I'm not good at locating Biblical refs. as it's all numbers which aren't my strong point, but St. Paul was the one who went on about those things, and Jesus sayings in John's Gospel on us being one as he and his fAther are one. It's too late in the day to check these out for you, but I'll have a look some time.
