I never said I wasn't open to other ideas! There's a difference here--being open to something, and choosing to believe in something. Being open to something can either mean you can look at it further and decide if it's for you or not, or you can choose not to, but see it also as a valid view. Your view is just as valid as mine. I never said it wasn't! So I believe I AM open to it.
Just because I don't choose it for myself or personally agree with it doesn't mean I'm being closeminded! That did seem to be what you were implying. <:(
*Sigh,* it seems my WHOLE ARGUMENT is going down the toilet...sorry, but whatever I say nobody seems to get it!
You also said that my personal opinion doesn't seem to "stand up"...I never said that about yours...I know you didn't mean anything personally, but it does hurt a bit that my own views are being picked apart and put under logical examination, when in a matter like spiritual belief, logic doesn't always apply.
I'm just beating a dead horse...
This board seems to have stagnated anyway. Renee's the only one posting and some guy named Pearse just decided to attack me for no reason whatsoever. I think I'm going to split this place for a while until everybody decides to come back! :(
