But the next day, today, has been a lovely spring/summery day, light blue skies and sunshine and blossom, loads of daffodils and birds singing. (I don't mean the dafs. are singing) I did think of sitting in the garden and getting the sun on my face this afternoon, but I lay down on my bed to listen to my meditation tape and fell asleep for three hours! It's so nice not to suffer from insomnia any more! Then I cooked Moroccan vegetable cous cous. -----------------------------------------------------------------
Ronnie PS: For those who are interested, the longest day is June 21. Sun rises at 3.54am and sets at 10.50pm. And I live in the south where the night is long during summers...
