Michelle, You can take the Kiersey Bates Temperament Indicator (the MBTI itself can only be
administered by a certified therapist or someone who has gone through their
intensive training). The best place to find Kiersey Bates is on David
Kiersey's home page - it's a great page. He also has a new instrument,
called the K-B Character Sorter - it measures the same things, but in
a slightly different way. And his descriptions on line are very interesting.
