Hi Derf :)

What leads me to ask? Nothing earth-shattering, I'm afraid....

I often discuss the goings-on at the board with friends (who aren't on the net - but are very interested in the enneagram, and others who are on the net around the world that I correspond with via email) and when we come to discussing points that you have raised - we run the gammit from 'he' to 'she' to 'it'. As I said before, it really makes no difference in a practical sense ie. a female's perspective holds no more or less authority than does a male's - it's all the same to me - I just feel uncomfortable referring to you as an 'it'....it seems somehow disrespectful. And if you're not a guy called Fred (somehow I don't think so - but everyone else does) - how did you come up with the name Derf? Or is it your real name?

So....are you gonna tell?

smiles
Amanda :)
