well,

didnt understand much from these "being a healhty 4.." stuff.

everbody seems to tryin to write as complicated as possible.. ;)
well may be it isnt complicate, but my upper-intermediate english isnt
enough for the sentences there..

i aint complaining, you're doin your best..

i wonder what jason means when he is saying "I yearn for the little
trappings of the external world, and for external self-distinguishment."
and stuff like that.. ;)
