Definately!! I only go to bed when I can't stay awake any longer, otherwise i lay awake in bed for a couple of hours with my imagination in overload! It's like I am a little child who has been put to bed early, and can hear their parents awake, and keeps wanting to get up because they feel like they are missing out on something. Which isn't good as i have a job which requires routine: the desire for a roof over my head and dinner on the table is the only thing that wakes me up on time, but i have to set the alarm 1½ hours before i wake up, to gradually wake up when it buzzes every 10 mins, much to the annoyance of my partner! If I don't do this, I looked 'drugged' for the rest of the day.
