fours as aliens

I have noticed in my own case, and many other fours I know, that they seem utterly unlike the rest of their family members. It seems weird to me that I should end up so different (in terms of my values, focus, direction, likes, dislikes, loves, passions...) from the people with whom I spent my first seventeen years. I see this with other four friends too. Does everyone have this experience? Is it just obvious since we're all so "special"? Maybe this is redundant to post on the four board. Hmmmm.
