I don't think you're stupid. I think you're smart with a good sense of humor. Hey - I hear NYC has a really bad rat problem. Is that true?
How bad is it? What about cockroaches? Do they have a bad problem with them too? I know they do in Florida - but isn't it too cold for them up there? Or is it? (I don't want to get stuck with them if I end up going there for a bit.)
