In Reply to: My results. (Hey, I'm late, so what? Look at my leisurely scores!) posted by Emily on September 25, 2000 at 00:51:19:

sensitive 40
idiosyncratic/leisurely 28
solitary 25
mercurial/serious 22
dramatic/self-sacrificing 20
vigilant/devoted 17
conscientious 15
adventurous 12
self-confident 6
aggressive 0

These results say you are much more likely to be a 5w4 than a 4w5. Why? Your two 5 styles, Idiosyncratic and Solitary are in the top three. Sensitive is 4 but can also be 5 as well. But, its followed by Mercurial, Serious, and Self-Sacrificing. After that comes the two 6 types, Vigilant and Devoted. If standard wing theory is correct, you may be a 5w4 and this could be a weaker 6 wing. Adventurous, Self-Confident, and Aggressive at the bottom indicate you are very introverted, relationship-oriented as opposed to goal-oriented, and may become dependent on someone.

Myers-Briggensly...(now a word!) you are an INFP, maybe INTP? Your introversion preference is very strong, you are very intuitive, the feeling and thinking is borderline, and you definitely prefer perceiving over judging.

Your results are very much like Ana's, while mine are more similar to Heatherb's.

Of course, we have to consider that these results are most likely due to RECENT changes or circumstances. I expected that since you went to college that your Sensitive and Solitary scores would rise. I remember when Mercurial used to be your dominant style. So, this is why a 4w5 INFP like you is probably testing out as a 5w4 INTP...

Love,
Bob
