: Well, just found out I'm a big 4. An "Artist". A "Romantic".
: I was just curious how many of us are alcoholics. It may sound like I'm being an a**hole, but I'm quite serious. I'm a recovering alcoholic, and it seems typical for the "misunderstood", or "tortured" artist to turn to drugs and alcohol in order to be comfortable.

Hello Dave,

Unless you're being truly facetious, I'm amazed that it took you this long to identify your type. You're an E-gram guru of sorts and I figured you were just being coy with others in order to project an air of mystery.

Now to respond to the question about alchoholism; I don't think I'm capable of becoming one. I don't like the taste of alchohol in any form and I get hangovers of epic proportion if I do overindulge. In short, I guess you could say that I'm not tough enough to go down that path.

Drugs? That's a whole different matter. I can see how I could become addicted if I allowed myself free reign to dabble with the pharmaceuticals.I can also understand a 4's desire to alter their mood (depression) by using some substance rather than therapy or other means.Therapy, while often useful, is time consuming and expensive. There's also more of a stigma associated with "seeing a therapist" than there is with taking a handful of pills your family Dr. prescribed.

What does everyone else think?

Ev
