Sometimes I make myself touch my lightbulb right after I've turned it off, just to see if I can do it quickly enough to avoid burning my finger. Sometimes I have fetishes about stepping over cracks on the sidewalk. I also have "checker" tendencies - sometimes checking two or three times to see if my alarm clock is set. When I was young, I had imaginary "enemies" in my head. I've also had the "touching" thing, but the things I touched, and the way I touched them, were not specific - I just got the desire to touch things (and sometimes smell them, if they were pleasantly odiferous). When I go out in my car, I recite a specific "prayer" to ward off danger. Does that sound OCD to you? I don't feel that my idiosyncrasies are outlandish enough to disturb my life in any way. They're just "there." Can any other Fours admit to having these strange itches on the brain?

Cheers,
Derf (4 double-winger, VERY strong 1 - of course)
