Bach is 4 going to 1 - not surprisingly, I listen to Him when I'm relaxed, and ready to contemplate nature and the Infinite.

Sting and the Police are great "suffering" 4w3 music - though a lot of people say Sting is a 3. I've read interviews of him, and he sounds painstakingly honest. Then again, maybe he's just getting older and calmer.
