I agree that Cecil's behavior is bizarre. I don't think that the rantings and ravings are typical of just being a 4. I feel that she would be well advised to seek medical help and get medication to control the mood swings. From her postings, I deduce that she leads a hard life and has done things in the past which haunt her in the present. I don't know how much access she has to treatment but she really does need help. Hopefully things will work out for her.
