That's a good question...
And it seems so much easier to spot unhealthy or average 4s than healthy 4s...! We tend to associate depressed and brooding people with 4s... But there ARE healthy, even happy (most of the time) 4s!
I have one friend who is a 4, and I believe is a healthy one: she is artistic, and wants to stand out creatively, is unique, she doesn't care what others say because she is very confident with her own style and states her opinions without embarrassment or fear... I think those could be some "tip-offs"... I guess being more eloquent about one's desires and confident about one's uniqueness. Of course, sometimes she dwells on things, gets depressed, might feel insecure... but that is only sometimes.
I don't know.
I DO know that this friend of mine IS a 4 though. No other type fits her at all.
