I find it easy to spot them - though I must say the really self-absorbed, moody ones are easier to spot though.
Hmmm - let's see: warm, open, emotionally revealing, good listeners with an inner strength, a positiveness about them - able to laugh at life but aren't afraid of the serious stuff either. Real, down to earth, beat to their own drum (& it doesn't necessarily mean they have to feel 'unique' in some way - they just need to be 'themselves')
