I, too, can let my imagination run free in that way, suspecting that I've offended someone, or that someone has offended me, or that someone is thinking or saying bad things about me. If I don't eventually take a step into reality, and realize that everything's OK, and that I was just torturing myself, then that's exactly what I end up doing, over and over, and more and more. Please try to remember, it's all in your head.
