Hi Amanda -

I'm very glad you're feeling better. Certainly there is nothing wrong with a good cry. Magnificently theraputic. I also recommend waving one's arms, and preferably, feet, in the air while shouting at the top of one's lungs, "What do you mean, I'm not reasonable!! Of course I'm reasonable!!! What makes you think I'm not reasonable!!!!"

In all seriousness, you've my best wishes for many and continuous smiles. ;)

: Greetings Fourdom :)

: Well, as you can see, I've got my smile back, and it is due in no small measure to the wonderful words of support that I received from you people here.

: I am still quite new to this whole 'expressing my feelings' thing - crying in particular....but what a wonderful relief has been! I really am beginning to understand why it is that everyone keeps saying that I'll feel better after a good cry....the endorphins kicked in and my stress levels reduced immeasurably - I don't feel like I'm drowning now - more like I'm floating!

: The situation around me hasn't changed - but inside me, has. Usually, I have the support of family and friends around me to keep me afloat, but everyone pretty much has their hands full with everything going on at the moment. Being able to come here to fourdom and just go "blahhhh" was a great outlet - and coming back (feeling pretty embarrassed about it, I might add) to find such kind words of support and encouragement - made all the difference to me.

: Thankyou all.

: smiles
: Amanda :)
