I totally agree, walking does wonders for me, the 4w5 INFP too!
I like the fresh air in the mornings especially and nights
are Ok too! On my walks, I try to breathe deep through my
nose and let the air out through my mouth. I do streatching
along the walk as well as, watch for animal live. Great
for stress. :-)

: It's the perfect activity for 4w5 INFJ. On these walks,I find my body relaxes, my spirit lifts and my thinking is clearer/more logical. My creativity{writing in my case}is enhanced and ideas freely flow. It probably does wonders for my health too. I even smoke less.
