: You fours are the people that got the imagination I lack, you got the fantasylife
: that does not exist in me, not only that you got a tack and tone not
: seen in me. Besides you got the guts to express your good taste.
: Your feelings are more deeper, more real, your potensial greater, and

: Fuck you fours....:)

I would ask what got you depressed, but it doesn't really matter--depression can come regardless of external circumstances, and once you're there, it's all the same anyway. When in the thick of depressionl, the focus often shifts from the root problem to the depression itself. We often get caught in a circle of being depressed about being depressed, and just lose hope of ever finding our way out. This is part of the life of a 4--you sure you really want that? :-)

The fantasy life may help us out of depression by acting as an escape, but it's temporary. Making ourselves appear different through clothing and decorations doesn't give any long-lasting meaning to our lives.

The only way I've found to truly get out of depression and get past painful feelings is to first allow yourself to feel them fully. Let yourself be depressed. Let yourself feel awful. I don't believe that you can get happy by trying to be happy, but once you've felt the full force of your pain you also open yourself to renewed happiness. Depression comes from closing yourself off from your feelings because they seem too painful and destructive to deal with. Open yourself up to them. Let the pain in. It will certainly hurt at first, but I bet you'll see in retrospect that it wasn't as bad as you thought.
