Roller-coaster ride....

Greetings fourdom :)

As the title suggests - I'm on a roller-coaster ride....one day I'm on top of the world - the next I'm down in a pit of fetid dingoes droppings!

All this 'emotion' stuff is still so new to me, I'm having a devil of a time trying to work it all out. The people around me keep telling me to 'go with the flow' - but it feels more like 'riding the waves' in the middle of the ocean during a hurricane!

There's got to be a better way!
