It's a disorder that seriously affects your life. It doesn't just come and go with mood...

: I have it sometimes for sure. At work - around mostly extroverted people. Shy away from social work things unless I know I can go with a few people I like who are 'safe'. I have weekly meetings with a team of 25 people or so - I get nervous everytime I have to go and I've been doing it since May!
