I think maybe you have some confidence problems, but from somebody who DOES have it, I really don't think you have APD. You're too open, even for a message board you seem really outgoing, more so than I am. (Can express myself in words but don't have the guts most of the time.)

Take a look at this: I'm even afraid of getting e-mail 'cause I'll have to respond to it, and might say the wrong thing. Afraid of e-mail? That's avoidant.

Can't say I know you well enough to be positive of anything, though, so I won't be so rude as to tell you what you're feeling. Know what that feels like. Bla bla.
