Void and depression

I would like to know if anyone here has experienced this - and if this sounds more like a 4 or 5 thing?
I have been feeling such great void, emptiness, and depression lately. I can't seem to get out of it.
Anti-depressants don't 'fix' it either.
I'm not sure of the origin.
Do 4s 'sink' into a foggy like void?
Everything feels so empty, hard to get/do - out of reach.
I feel very far away from everything and everyone - mentally and emotionally.
I can't think, nor feel - it just seems really "far away" from me.
It's an extreme 'distance' problem - everyone and everything is really, really 'far away' from me mentally and emotionally - despite the physical reality that they could be very well sitting right next to me.
This is really weird.
I don't like feeling this way.
It's too depressing.
