Might be hormones. I had zero memory to the point I thought I might have Alzheimers (even forgot to read the lists I had to make). Then I found out I was hypothyroid and was producing almost no progesterone. Now I'm supplementing with both by prescription, and particularly after adding the pharmacy-compounded progesterone cream found my memory and even enthusiasm for life returing. Best of luck!
