Eddie Vedder, Kurt Cobain, Johnny Depp are 4s, IMHO.

I also think actor Ving Rhames (Marcellus Wallace from Pulp fiction) and I'd bet the farm on pop singer Seal being a four (listen to "kissed by a rose")

Twos sure seem scarce but I'd imagine many of the boy-band singers are twos. They are required to personify that archetype, and they are not great actors. There's a pretty good screening process for these groups.
