Me too. I'm not an on and off person either... But is is very hard for me to make good friends. I am very picky with people.. If I feel misunderstood by them then I know for sure that we won't be good friends -- at least not long-term. I have a best friend, that I've known since I was 13. Then in college I made 2 great friends too who I'm still in touch with, and when we get together it's like time hasn't gone by... It's very comforting to me to have these long-term loyal friendships, and I like being a good friend.
