First off, there is NO reliable scientific evidence to support psychic phenomenon. Some studies have been conducted, but the results are questionable. I myself do not believe in psychic abilities.
Second, psychic ability and "iNtuition" can NOT be the same thing. You mean to tell me a dominant iNtuitive, like an INFJ primarily uses psychic powers to navigate through life? "Woohoo! I'm going to get promoted at work today. I'll pretend to act surprised" or what about "I don't need to turn my head to look at the adjacent lane, since I psychically know there is a gray Toyota Corolla there and I will let it pass".
I bet these people make up 99% of the people who win lotteries.
I think any definition/description which makes iNtuition sound like some sort of psychic ability (yes, Keirsey is guilty of this too) is completely stupid. How are you supposed to have a science of types if you retreat further and further away from science?

: Has anyone ever had any psychic experiences?
: The word intuitive sometimes means that someone is very sensitive and knows something by "feeling". When asked how they know they say 'I simply know.' They don't know how they know. Does anyone here often have these feelings? And is this form of intuition the same as the Jungian and Myers-Briggs idea of intuition --- or any other function? Is psychic ability part of being intuitive?
