I have problems with words like courage, fear, rage, because they do not connect
with my emotions, to what I am feeling - they are words that describe something
that can only come from within. Risk, vulnerability, to be oneself in the
face of perceived judgements. Perceived, perceived, perceived...all which
has come from conditioning, smothering of ourselves, swallowed emotions.

Have became aware that we either express our emotions, or if unexpressed - act
them out - eventually. Fours, I feel have much unexpressed emotions, that
have not been acted out because of what our culture (family, society, religion)
has surrounded us with, and as we mature and begin acting them out feel the
shame that our family used to inhibit our acting out.

Your experience that you expressed so openly, I believe is the shout of
your priestess - I am here! Listen to her - she is there and glowed like
the golden sun. The shouts were not at those around you, were not to
society...though may have seemed so in the moment. Those shouts were
you to ... you - listen to your priestess she has expressed in a rage to you
of your beauty... put your arms around her, say thank you for her shouting
love...express your love to your priestess: she is in your face! saying I
am here, I love you! see her there at your side, always at your side.
