Depression is a DECISION - and so are excuses. The decision, of course, is not based merely on positive thought, but also on physiological aspects. The advice I received stressed diet, exercise, rest, proper breathing (hint: NOT from the chest), etc. I'd be surprised if there were any depressed person who would not benefit from the discipline of attitude and physiology. Then, the proper extent of the "chemical imbalance" in question can be gauged.

PS - flame all you want. You don't have to be nice to me. ;>
