Rachel, I'm sorry they are judging you so harshly. It is their limitations that are causing them to do so.

You are not crazy or horrible. YOu got angry. Unfortunately, so many people are afraid of the expression of anger, & dare I say, especially if it is coming from a woman. (sorry if I offend anyone, but I do think there is still a stereotype about a woman's anger.) But anger is one of our emotions & it is part of life. You are human.

I hope that they will see beyond this, and that you can explain your side of it to them. Let us know how it goes - - -
