: I cannot face my pain, at least some of it. Certain kinds of loss
: that have to do with the choices of others.

: I have to step outside of it. If I have to tell somone how I feel, if the feeling is intense, it is only by detaching myself from those feelings & saying them as if they are insignificant that I can do it.
: I have to convince myself the feelings and the situation are insignificant, or I just couldn;t handle the reality, the implications of the situation for me.

: Interestingly enough, I have become so good at this, that for some I seem to come off as as thinking type. But I know that deep down, I'm a heart type. Call me a 'hiding heart' type.

:
: : : This brings up another interesting question. You and I choose to find the present moment and forget the pain by actual physical pain or exhaustion (or excercise). I wander how others do it, especially females?

: I'd imagine a more feminine approach would be through venting (like Caleb said), whereas a male approach is through sports which involve a large amount of physical exersion.
