I agree with you that we all need some kind of sport for aerobic exercise, whether it's directly competitive or not. : ***Kickboxing. : Mentally, kickboxing builds your self confidence without fail. Kicking and punching just kinda comes with the male package. I mean, men can train and perfect their fighting skills, but they come out pretty much already knowing how. Women, on the other hand, don't. Maybe it's because we're are more or less taught not to. So, it's like, women don't really know that they CAN go balz-up ape-shit on a punching bag and train their bodies/minds to fight. Busting down that barrier has changed my life in so many different areas, I wouldn't even know where to begin. : I highly reccommend kickboxing to everyone. especially women. go to your local gym or where ever and sign up right now. It's worth every penny and your body and mental stability will love you for it. : sarah.
