Yes... emotionally i suppose, yet i craved romance. At the time i thought the world was against me, that finally i had a saviour who would make everything better and see me for who i was. Ironically, what she saw was far from my best. I had total dependence on her, i was selfish and demanding, needy and even more needy... disintegration at its worst. Suicide was on the cards at the time, but i don't believe it was to effect her, rather everyone else. I'm glad that's all behind me now, but that utter 'low' i felt helped me understand others in the same situation, i can be grateful for that now.
