I hope you and your family are supporting each other. That's important. Sometimes the best support is unspoken, and people can help the spirit of love to thrive within you by allowing you to grieve.
Also, sometimes the best displays of love are unspoken. If you cared about your grandmother as much as your empathic musings seem to imply, then I'm sure she knew that, and knows it now. Maybe we all carry regrets from our earthly life over to the spirit world, but I'm sure your devotion to her helped, rather than hindering, her contentment.
