I don't know if this makes sense, but I'm a four and although I'm not a big OCD sufferer, I've noticed that ever since I was about six, if I tap my right foot I have to tap the left the same number of times, and stuff like that. Or if I only fix one side of my hair it annoys me until I fix the other side too.
