Tiggy, even if you can't send the Tryptophan (because of the U.S. ban), I'd love to send you a bottle of Melatonin. It would be like having a pen pal, sending stuff overseas. Anyhow, I have to go out of town, but by October 1 I will be back and we can figure out how to do this then. Hope your insomnia isn't driving you crazy.--Jay
