She may have not written yet to give herself time to think how to reply, but some people are thrown by figures reappearing from the past. Some people don't like looking back at all or can't be bothered to have to deal with people and emotions that aren't part of their present day and everyday concerns. She may thnk you have some romantic dream of her up your sleeve with which she doesn't want to have to deal. It all depends on the person as to how they react to you 'acting yourself' - so I shouldn't worry about it, because you can't please everyone and if she reacts negatively that shows she doesn't share your Fourish values. this is what i kept telling myself, that if someone is to accept me they shouldn't be troubled by who i am. but i don't think that's how it works in real life. i think i had the idea that for once, with this person who i realistically don't know at all (but still have some kind of connection with) i could share my true self and be accepted as my true self. this doesn't work, people need to take a little of you at a time (regardless of being a Four or not) and ease into accepting you. i understand this now.
