Tigs - you may feel like an alien - maybe all 4's do to an extent - but you are, none of you, any more alien than the rest of us. I've felt alienish myself at times (did I mention that I have some 4 issues?:) when my focus has strayed from the present moment....

It's all about choice in the end, you know!
