how does your partner feel about this? if you have him/her thinking that you are faithful, and you're not, then that's a big problem. you'd be lying to him/her. now, if s/he knows and doesn't care whether or not you sleep around, then have fun! otherwise, you have an obligation to let your current partner know that the terms of your arrangement may have changed. dishonesty is never a good idea. it'll bite you in the ass in the long run (or maybe even the short run!)
