I dunno...think we already argued this point-if true, any type would be
more liable to suffer from depression than any other, but it does seem to
be one of those "Four" diseases, which suggests that certain facets of the
typical average-to-unhealthy Four worldview makes us more suseptible to
depression than most other types. Well, I guess I am showing my bias here
("holistic" vs. "reductionistic")...
While medication helped moderate my depressive episodes, they did NOTHING
about the core issues, which continued to chug along in the background,
causing additional chaos. While I can't exactly suggest that you go sit
out in the middle of a field and wait for enlightenment to fly in on
slate-blue wings...well, that's one option. ;-) There are others too...
whatever you feel works best for you.

Well, it has been my experience that meaning is most definitely out there
if you can just open your eyes and see it (I know I know hard to do when
nothing is going right and that black film over your eyes colors all you see,
but that is the problem, isn't it?). Again to each his own. Jess good
