I am also "dealing" with whether it is healhty..BUT it is the most comfortable way of living to me. I feeel SAFE, SECURE and more AT PEACE when alone...and obviously way more C"CREATIVE". The world and its views etc just arent intersting to me (maybe becaue like you I fel I am so DARN interesting) that I elec to stay out of it for long stretches of time.
Funny..but many people PERCEIVE me as outgoing and charming and charasmatic (at times) when I AM out in the world..Funny but they really ahae no clue though how totally out of place I feel deeep down in public /social settings.
My SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS (being a FOUR) is very evident sometimes..And many times to the outside world too. I am working on NOT being so self-conscious but I find I still am very often.
