The Luscher (mit den umlaut) test was copyrighted in 1948.
Dr. Lusher wrote a book in German in 1969. Ian Scott translated it
into english. The book describes the meanings of the colors. The
book has an important caveat stating that the test is a "deep" psychological test for (professionals) with experience with the
conscious and unconscious characteristics and motivations of others.
The final warning:...NOT to be used as a parlor game nor a weapon
in "one-upmanship."
The book is available in paperback from Washingto Square Press.
