Hmmm, 4's not bitching, what an interesting concept. Let's expect the E-type who wears their hearts on their sleeves to not take offense to what others think or say. We may as well expect the repeal of the laws of nature. We are what might be kindly referred to as a "moody" group. The 5's, who are so much better at debating, aren't even capable of staying out of the fray at times. Some of the subject matter discussed here yanks certain people's chains. I'm not pointing out anyone in particular because the offended parties are ever changing. I'll bet that I'm yanking one particular 4's chain right now by offering this guru'ish advice. "Just remember", not everyone will be on the same page at the same time so there will *always* be misunderstandings along with their attendant bad feelings.
