Yes, that was consolance. You are right about focusing on pragmatism and being realistic about it. Focusing on my routine, on what is healthy for me to do and what exercises make my body feel good, this takes precedence over what I look like, or comparing my ability to others'. Appearance and comparison focuses bring me down, they don't make me feel good. Distancing myself from all that, and instead just focusing on my own routine - that makes me feel so much better.
