I think that having a 3 wing makes it harder to be impersonal about things...because the feelings are always present. 4w5 seems more detached, each individual living in his/her own personal world. 4w3 (I'm one, in case you don't know) is more aware of being a part of the world, sort of.
4w5 is more unique, individualistic and rather promotes these qualities at the sake of being successful in others' terms. 4w3 is more competitive and (as Riso has put it) is more aware of the audience, rather than aiming at maxium uniqueness. This has to be understood broadly, not just in the context of creative professions.
Thinking in characteristical stereotypes, I find that a stereotypical stage actor/director is a 4w3 and the artist, painter, etc is a 4w5. At any rate, 4w3 is much more self-contradictory, having traits that are more conflicting with each other--just combining four and three traits shows this.
