Apparently current thinking is that there is no need to come off them; that for many it is better just to stay on them. No apparent side-effects - though the first few weeks were awful - completely knocked out. Wise to go on them gradually, come off them gradually. Am going to try St. John's Wort soon. In addition, not in place off. I have come across people using both who have had no probs. and find it's great. I'm not depressed all the time like I was. At first people said I was like a different person. But releaving depression can bring about other probs. like coming across as over-confident sometimes. Release of repressed anger, with little experience in dealing with anger. So these aren't side effects, but positive things that need handling. Tigs.
