I don't feel that other types have more good qualities at all, just that sometimes it is easier for them to allow their full potential to flourish as they are not hampered by depression or over-sensitivity which can lead to volatile moods. The way we change feelings so rapidly is like a small child, but there is also something wonderful about that.
Our qualities are excellent, but the world does not appreciate them. We have the depth of intuition appropriate for a Shaman or Priestess, but what place is there for those roles in our current society. The closest is to be a psychotherapist and this is a fairly restricted profession due to training costs. Also, what do you do till you have sufficiently sorted yourself out. Fours are alienated from much of humanity and present a threatening challenge to them. Not surprisingly they get into trouble a lot due to not fitting in and not accepting the status quo. That is where their problems stem from - from societies' crapness - not anything intrinsic to themselves. all fours should strive to renew dead and corrupt institutions and raise consciousness to enable changes in society. EG. I belong to The Self-esteem network dedicated to furthering a consciousness of the importance of self-esteem in teaching, social-work, prisons, psychiatric hospitals etc. They recently influenced the Government to include stuff on self-esteem in their new white paper on Education.
I believe the sort of world that is coming about through the Web, will favour the Fours and they will become much in demand as the need for good interpersonal realtions and self-awareness becomes seen as paramount.
