Extraverted auxiliary (N) intuition means that you use your (N)-your second strongest function- to perceive the outer world . Like when you meet someone for the first time...you will use your N to figure out how to react to that new person or information.

Introverted dominant (F)- your strongest function- means that new people aren't likely to see how you really feel about most things. But your F drives you and how you use your N.

I once read that you can personify the functions of introverted dominate Feeling and auxiliary extraverted Intuition by calling "Feeling" your General and your "Intuition" your Captain. Whatever situation comes up you will always send you cCaptain(N) out to meet and investigate it but your General(F),meanwhile back at camp, is running the show and calling the shots.
