Hi;
> Has anyone ever been in a realtionship with a Thinker and a Feeler and experienced such huge difference?
My presonality type preference is INFP which would make me a Feeler, my husband on the other hand is ISTJ which would make him a Thinker (I think :-) or I feel?). Anyway, my husband is my greatest support and I derive my strenght from him. He tells me daily of how wonderul I am - in fact several times a day in any way. This has been very benifical for me because I've been unemployed since last year and I've had a hard time searching for a work. My self-esteem as a result suffered and if it hadn't been for my husband who is logical, understanding and down to earth but also very tactiful and loving, I would be in a really bad shape.
So to answer to your question, no I haven't noticed a such a huge difference. He treats me the same way I would treat him if he had been going through a tough time. As a matter of fact, yesterday he brought me home flowers because "...you were looking so happy lately so I wanted that stage to last little longer..."
You can teach a Thinker to treat you the way you like to be treated. Also, your personality type is just your preference, it doesn't mean that all peopla are 100% defined by it in every way -- everyone is unique after all.
